How do I redeem a reward?
Once the points have been allocated to your account, you can use the points to redeem rewards, either via the website or the app.

What do I do if I have provided the wrong shipping address for my reward?
Please email rewards@havit.com.au as soon as possible, referencing your order number, the original address and the preferred delivery address.
Where can I find my ‘Experience’ eVoucher/eGift Card?
If you have ordered a digital eVoucher or eGift card (any reward from the ‘Experience’ category in the Rewards section) the digital eVoucher or eGift card would have been sent directly to the email provided in your Havit Rewards Profile.
Please ensure that email address is correct and please check your Spam folder before contacting the Havit Rewards Customer Service team.
