How do I become a member?
Simply sign up on our website or through our app. Membership is free and takes just a few minutes.

How do I download the Havit Rewards App?
Simply scan the QR code below or search the Apple App Store (IOS Phones) or Google Play (Android Phones).

How do I collect points?
You earn points every time you purchase Program Approved Products from a Participating Reseller/Branch, and scan or upload your invoice via the website or app.

What are the ‘Participating Reseller Branches’?
The list of Participating Resellers/Branches can be found here.

How do I scan my invoice?
Open our app, go to ‘Scan Invoice,’ and follow the prompts to capture and submit your invoice. See next section – Invoice questions for more details.

How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account on our website or app, and your points balance will be displayed on the dashboard.

What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards, including products, vouchers, and exclusive experiences. Check the list of rewards available here.

Is there an expiration date on my points?
Points typically expire after 24 months. We’ll notify you before they expire.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

What should I do if my points aren’t showing up?
Please allow up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account. If they still aren’t showing, contact the Customer Service team at anytime via the website or the app. [insert link to: havitrewards.com.au/contact-us]

How do I update my account details?
Log in to your account, go to your Profile and click ‘Edit Details’ to update your details.

How can I reset my password?
Simply select ‘Forgot my password’ on the ‘Login’ page, and ensure you are providing the correct email address used to create your account.

What if I forget my login details?
No worries! You can contact the Customer Service team at anytime via the website or the app.

Invoice questions

How do I upload/scan an invoice?
Uploading of your invoices can be done via the App or the Website.

If using the app, simply log in, click on the “Scan Invoice” button.
Confirm the Reseller/Branch you have purchased from.
Hold your phone above the invoice and hit the “circle” capture button.
The App allows you to scan using the camera or upload the invoice by selecting the correct file in your Files.

Please ensure that your phone’s camera and microphone access are enabled for our app. Without these permissions, the scanning feature may not work correctly. You can check and adjust this in your phone’s settings.

If uploading via the website, simply log in to your Havit Rewards account at havitrewards.com.au and click on the “Upload Invoice” from the main menu.
Confirm the Reseller/Branch you have purchased from.
Click on ‘Choose File’ and select your invoice from your files.
Simply click on ‘Upload Invoice’.

What file formats are accepted for upload?
The App and Website accept PDF, JPEG, PNG.

How can I ensure I have scanned an invoice clearly?
To ensure your invoice is processed smoothly, please follow these tips.

Scanning Tips for Clear Invoices
1. Keep the document flat.
2. Ensure there is good lighting.
3. Scan the entire invoice, avoid cut-off edges.
4. Check clarity before submitting.

My invoice has been declined, what do I do?
Should you receive the below error codes/reasons, please proceed with the steps outlined:

Error: No files selected! Sorry, no file has been selected. Please try again. No file has been found, please select an invoice to upload.
Upload Error: Something went wrong! Sorry, please upload the invoice again. Please check the format and quality of the scanned invoice and upload again.
Invoice Scan Error: Something went wrong! The invoice was not clear enough. Please upload or scan a better version. Please check the format and quality of the uploaded invoice and upload again.
Error: Business name on the invoice does not match your profile. Sorry, please check the Business Name on the invoice. The business name on the invoice does not match your registered business name on your profile.
This invoice has already been uploaded. Sorry, the invoice has already been uploaded. This is a duplicate invoice. Points have already been claimed on this invoice.
Attachment Error: Something went wrong! Sorry, no file has been selected. Please try again. Please check the format and quality of the scanned invoice and upload again.
Invoice Uploaded Successfully! Invoice XXXX has been uploaded successfully. We have added 000 points to your account. Congratulations! Your invoice has been uploaded successfully and points will be added to your account.

 

I am still having some difficulty with uploading my invoice, what do I do?
Here are some elements you can check before contacting us:
• Check the quality of the scanned invoice.
• Check the format of the uploaded invoice. (ie. JPG, PDF, PNG)
• Check your Reseller/Branch is participating in the promotion. (Click here [insert link to Participating Resellers/Branches PDF file] to see list of Participating Reseller/Branches)
• Ensure that you have purchased Havit Program Approved Products.
• Ensure that your phone’s camera and microphone access are enabled for our app.

Where can I track my previously scanned and uploaded invoices?
All invoices can be found under the Invoices tab in the Burger Menu of the App, or in the Invoices tab of your Profile on the Website.

Reward Redemption questions

How do I redeem a reward?
Once the points have been allocated to your account, you can use the points to redeem rewards, either via the website or the app.

What rewards are available?
See list of rewards available here, while stocks last.

What do I do if I have provided the wrong shipping address for my reward?
Please email rewards@havit.com.au as soon as possible, referencing your order number, the original address and the preferred delivery address.

Where can I find my ‘Experience’ eVoucher/eGift Card?
If you have ordered a digital eVoucher or eGift card (any reward from the ‘Experience’ category in the Rewards section) the digital eVoucher or eGift card would have been sent directly to the email provided in your Havit Rewards Profile.
Please ensure that email address is correct and please check your Spam folder before contacting the Havit Rewards Customer Service team.
